Workplace Mediation is a voluntary process where two or more parties agree to attend a meeting facilitated by an impartial mediator. How It Works
The mediation process will most commonly involve three facilitated meetings. One each with the individual parties followed by a joint meeting where the parties involved can explore the issues with the hope of coming to an agreement for the future.
